Shipping and Delivery

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Damaged/Defective: Free replacement or refund within 48 hours of delivery (photos, videos required).
  • No returns on custom orders, mattresses, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., fabric sofas post-unboxing).
  • Refunds are processed in 5-10 business days to the original payment method after the product is received back into our inventory.

Limitation of Liability
